Hi, I'm Jen.
And yes, I'm a licensed therapist. But I'm also a mom who's been there.
I've been the mom who looked fine on the outside and was quietly falling apart on the inside.
I know what it's like to move through a motherhood experience you weren't expecting, and I know what it means to do the work and come out the other side. It's an honor to help moms do the same.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified in EMDR Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health, with over a decade of experience supporting my clients through some of the hardest seasons of their lives.
Moms come to me because they know I specialize in exactly what they're going through. And because they can feel, usually pretty quickly, that I genuinely get it.
In our work together we won't just recap your week. We'll actually get somewhere. Using EMDR, somatic approaches, and nervous system work, we'll get to the root of what's keeping you stuck. Not just talk around it.
